Sailing on Bald Head Island Learn to sail: Fun for all ages! Come join us at The Sail Shop located on the Marina next to Mo Jo's. Experience the thrill of sailing aboard one of our 26' J-80 Olympic class sail boats. Let one of our seasoned instructors take you and your family or social group out for a 'fun sail' on the Cape Fear River. Youth instruction (FUN!) is also available aboard our 'Opti' prams and 420s. One to four day instruction and certification for adults available on our J-80s. Boats: The Opti, for the first time sailor. The 420, fits two sailors. And the J-80 boats, Jive and Joy Ride, 26' sport boats that are great for a fun sail out on the river! We offer a variety of lessons, rentals and memberships. Fun Sail
Enjoy a 2 hour sail on the Cape Fear River with one of our certified instructors aboard a J-80!

Max 4 youths. Must be able to swim. Arranged according to skill level. Instructor in power boat.
J-80: $150/person, 3 hour introduction $450/person, 12 hours of instruction
Max 4 adults, or 2 adults & 3 youths. Instructor in boat with you.
