Bald Head Island Eco -Tours

Learn about the various plants and animals that make-up the extraordinary ecological communities along the coast.

On these tours your guide will lead you to some of the finest natural areas on Bald Head Island. Topics covered will include bird identification and bird behavior, plant identification and their significance in the natural environment, and general coastal ecology focusing on barrier islands. Participants will be provided with binoculars for viewing the spectacular bird life that inhabits the island.
